Bored....

Well hello! It has been a while now hasn't it? And my last post was about a new haircut? Did I go that short? Yes I did! My hair was a horrible nasty bob which just didn't really do much for me. Anyway I've had the style for nearly a year and now I'm bored of it- yes I know what you are thinking- is this person ever satisfied with anything? The answer is yes I do but I easily get bored and try new things. So I am trying to grow it out now- I had been sensible and realised I prefered it long about 3 months ago it'd be down to my shoulders and by xmas would of been a nice decent length- however it seems I am much short-sighted than one remembers. The last time I had short hair (which was hideous and looked nothing like the photo I showed te hair dresser) I took an entire year to grow down to my shoulders!! But I'm hoping with regular trimming then say Spring time it should be shoulder length- here's hoping.

It's my favourite time of year. AUTUMN!!! its that time of year where usually after a rubbish summer the sun shines its beams down on us- the leaves are all pretty and different colours, Halloween- which is defo more interesting at uni- then of course bonfire night- i love fireworks and then we all know its XMAS!!! I actually found several conkers this year!!!- normally the little kiddie winks have them- dunno what to do with them now actually! :)

Well I have found a passion for flower arranging- yes me the tomboy! I think its coming of age and maturity- not the mental maturity- i mean stuff that naturally happens to everyone- the sudden interest in gardening, knitting, taking care of your monies. It's weird let me tell you...anyways I've been told several times I have a definate talent for it- so I'm going to do a course either thi year or next year and hopefully this will lead to a full time job in this area- i do like scriptwriting and the thought of having my work on the T.V. is amazing but it is exactly steady or promising money is it? So yea and it would be great to do that say 4 times a week then do some voluntary dog walking- I still wanna look after my four-legged friends! And a Komondor and Bulldog are still on my lists- along with a Staffador!!!

Sad news my dog Bobby had to be put down this Summer. :( I miss him a great deal still- specially when my mother is working, friends also working, no money, no work or anything- its quite lonely and boring without him. And with the pile of rubbish on TV its like jesus christ?! I've watched my movies over and over so I'm bored with those too! Anyways he was 15 years and 10 months- old and fragile- my best friend- some people say dogs cant love but clearly they've never been priviledged to have such an awesome animal in their home. They may not be able to speak but you can tell they love you a great deal. Sleep tight Bionic Bobby- love you loads x x x

So not long before I begin my 2nd year of uni- super excited about the flat- been completely renovated for us! :D Done most of my work just a few bits to go which I'll do before I go back.

I should go to bed really....I did start going to bed early and waking up early but it seems to have stopped- now 01:47 am...not good at all!

Talk laterz x x x

Project Me!!!

Well my best friend put photos of everyone from the past up via facebook (and fortunately has not tagged me yet)and my hair and clothes style is awful!!! (and my eyebrows and everything else!)

So I know it has been what 6 years since the photos but my hair does actually need a good damn cut!!! Its quite short at the moment- and no matter what length I have it it just seems to go out of control and its just sooooo thick it doesn't do as its told. I'm thinking of growing it out a tad- but obs I need it nice whilst I am growing it out so here are a couple of realistic options (i dunno why stylists put hair styles up which clearly no one in their right mind would have their hair styled as!)

1.

A possibilty- basically the same as now but the fringe would be long and i dont really fancy a long fringe!

2.

Maybe- I've taken this to the hairdressers before but i think the fringe part would be hard to style and also my layers aren't very long....so I'm guessing this is a no.

3.

Possibly...but I dunno... its nice don't get me wrong. Maybe...

4.

This is an interesting and an unusual one> f course this would require a considerable amount of wax!!!! and its not that great in the morning.

Well the internet sucks when it comes to looking for a short hairstyle I have to say... and it doesnt help that har magazines are full of model haircuts rather than everyday haircuts!!! and its expensive too!!

Who knows maybe this easter ill go to this guy in Tonic and get him to just randomly cut my hair in his vision...he said he could see me with short hair a while ago....but maybe its too short now to do anything with!!!

Anyways now matter what hairstyle I get I need it not too short cause i wanna grow it out to a nice little bob- which means im gonna have to throw-away my babyliss straightners and get some GHD's or something.

> Here's hoping September 2011!

(and before you ask no im now japanese but these were the nicest bob hairstyles i could find!)

Peace out dudes!

Feeling like bleurgh recently.

Well I'm guessing everyone has days when they are feeling 'bleurgh'- and yes it is a real word! But according to an online dictionary it is not. So now I will give it meaning. "Refers to when one is feeling down in the dumps and a bit sad (boo-hoo not pathetic)and therefore listens to, consistently, pop songs from the 90's and early noughties." Well in my case thats what I do currently listening to Five: Everybody get up singing...wow I really have no life do I? (though it is 1 in the morning).

So yea about a week ago i was feeling pretty happy with myself- you know, socialising a bit more, going out, feeling confident about my 30 minute, happy in my accomodation, happy about next year, sunshine, flattered with two 'interests', (it rarely happens in my world).

And then boom! The inner scriptwriter just isn't feeling it...today, or yesterday or even the day before. So my 30 min has come to a standstill- and now we have an essay and SiP to be also worrying about as well as typing up notes and trying to sort out contract for a house/flat next year- just sort of builds up without you really noticing you know what I mean?

And then one interest hasn't been in contact with you for nearly 2 weeks after probably a good week of daily contact and then he sorts of disappears- now dont go thinkin im the kind of girl who after one encounter gets obsessed with a guy cause i dont- i rarely go for guys but it was nice talking to him- and maybe im over analysing things like i always do and maybe he still hasnt got internet or whatever and plus he has exams....i know EXACTLY what you are thinking.... WAY OVER ANALYSING things- but it would be nice to hear from him cause he is a nice guy and a nice friend.
The othe guy well was asking inciteful questions about myself (yet againa first for me) and it was like hmmm interesting....he walked me to my bus stop and everything.... and then we went out the other day and he just didnt bother- and once again i hear you asking did i? no cause i am shy and nervous...and ill try and conquer that before second year- second chances and all that jazz.

And then i feel tired all the time and my cold seems to be going and then not going...and then its all like bleurgh....you know. Sometimes all I need is a good hug- even if its from a random stranger or someone i barely know. I think everyone needs that- and to hug a stranger is one of my things i wanna do before i am thirty! yes i know... dunno when ill do it but ill do it!

But yes... now I am ready to go home for Easter- train tickets are booked (ive wasted £10 but still its fine- could of brought 10 boxes of limited edition toy story three cereals but whatever...) and to see my Bobby...ive missed him loads... and more so than ever now- I look forward to 4 solid months of walks, treats and photo time with him. Yes its going to be a good summer- i have it all planned out.

Anyways going to go to sleep now because i know i have to get up in the morning and i know i have to do a list at some point for our script production and i promise you the next blog will be a much much much happier one!

Best Weeks of my life... so far.

Been a while since I last wrote properly in here and now I feel ready to do so!

So why have the last few weeks been so awesome? Lets begin with Highlander! 'There can be only one.' Well me and Aikku decided to socialise (at long last) with some other fellow scripties by joining them for a Highlander film (4th one out of 5!!!) And I have never laughed so much!! well for a long long time I havent. And it was some awesome!!! Specially the 3 levels of quizzes!!! Took us forever to get through it- I think I can officially say all of us lost a 'life' that day. It was so awesome and really nice to get to know other scripties- cheers for the invite Kevin!!!
(we now have an official Highlander Appeciation group!!!- my plan this weekend to catch up with the others by watching the other 3 highlander movies before we move onto the TV series!!! over 1000 mins of pure Highlander!!!)
And it was finally nice to be amougst geeks again! Been too long! :)

Next we have the awesomeness of lectures and seminars!!! Much more fun and interesting and I love it!!! Recently they have been getting very sexual- erections, climaxes, dildos, nipple tassles, prostitutes etc etc etc!!! So funny! I love our year group!!! Class of 2013 you kick ass!!!

Next was Fancy Dress Scripties- 23rd-24th of Feb- soooo much fun and awesome! The theme was to dress up with the letter beginning of your first name (or middle or last name) I decided to go as Einstein- I was gonna go as an Elf however my finances are extremely low this month (I may have to beg the bank for my extended overdraft this term!!! I hope they let me!)
I was so glad I did go as Einstein- it took one can of white hairspray, geek glasses, tie, jumper and blouse and I was in my element- no one recognised me- sooooo funny! Apparently I make a very convincing old man!!! I dread to think what I'm gonna look like when I actually get old!!!
We started at Yates where the Pope did some spectacular Pole dancing: Religion just got sexy!!!! There was Noughts and Crosses, a Jedi Knight Death, Barbie, a misfit, Jailbired, a school-girl and so many more!! Honestly everyone looked superb!

We then made our way over to Lava- entered the room full of Retro and 90's/80's and some 50's music. And i was in my element- I think 5 hours of non-stop dancing proved it!!! Though I am suffering from it now!! My muscles and joints ache like mad! ehhhhh. I wish I had taken more photos of everyone - I'm sorry guys- I keep forgetting I have a camera!!!
But I think one of us is gonna arrange a website fancy-dress thing- quite a difficult one- I wish to do a rainbow theme- come as fav colour- go to the max or just keep it simples!
Back to the music- macarena, saturday night, 5 6 7 8, cotton eye joe, s-club and so many more! what a blast I'm surprised my voice didnt go!!!

Now for a quiet weekend- lots of movies and im gonna try and finish off my book this weekend too!!!

Favourites!

Kind of bored and very tired after last night (which i'll probably write about over the weekend)

Anyways me and my favs!

~ romantic comedy ~ oooo this is a toughy. Probably Heartbreaker which is a french film but it was different from the classics Love Actually and I'm just not that into and Bridget Jones etc. For starters the main protagonist wasnt female as most are and also he is a professional person who breaks up relationships that clearly aren't working. Course then he goes and falls in love with this girl who is about to be married. Really good- 1st world cinema I have watched along with Run Lola Run!

~ national park ~ As in National trust- cause I've been to a few. Probably the closet one is Ashton Court- leads on to Leigh Woods (we did see a dead lamb hungover some fence which was a bit distrubing) but it is lovey and beautiful, specially when the weather is hot- lazy dayz :)

~ type of weather ~ I love the sun in the summer because I can sit out in the garden and relax nd read a book or even nap. Mainly I love the sun because during the summer 2010 I had this horrendous next pain- it honestly felt like something was inside my head pulling and pounding on the muscles. It lead to 2 days in of row of no sleep and oh my god...I cant even descrbed how much pain i was in (to which th doctor decided to turn around and say well we can rule out meningitus cause you're not feeling sick etc- scared me. Got shit loads of paracetomals and fell asleep out in the garden. I woke up wondering where my duvet was, then wondered why i was not in my PJs and then wondered why i was out in the garden. Then I remembered. I also love the rain on a sunday evening, fire aglow, book or film on and lots of junk food. And i love the sound of the rain against the window.

~ comic book as a kid ~ The Beano! You know back then when it wasnt about money but giving kids a laugh- used to be 8-12p and now it is a ridiculous price of 2.50 and two different versions (one cheaper than the other) Ive still got the Beano (and Dandy Annuals- to which i am tempted to re-read over the summer!)

~ foreign accent ~ The Irish... I havent met or befriended an irishmen yet- but honestly super cool accent!!! Love it- met an welsh and Scotsman but not an Irishman yet- I love them all- not english cause to me we dont have an accent- unless its really defined a.k.a bristolian (which i dont have but can do a very good impersonation of one and also a farmer/north somerseter- my homeland!)

~ winter olympic sport ~ uhhhhh theres different sports for different seasons? when did this happen? I guess ice skating is appropriate- plus its so lovely and beautiful- when the ice rink opens in bournemouth next year im going at least once a week- anyone wanna come?

~ part of your love interest's body ~ I dont have a love interest but i do love hairy chest- manly and i love rubbing soap on there! :D

~ poet ~ Many- Edgar Allan Poe, Wilfred Owen and others- not really a poem fan (thank to A-level english shakespeare of prose and blank verse...uhhhhh)

~ halloween costume that you've worn ~ My Ghost Face one- to be honest my parents never let me out the house during Halloween bcause apparently i wasnt mature enough. First proper halloween costume was at uni this year or 2010. Really fun!!!! One of my fav nights here!

~ breakfast cereal ~ Curiously Cinnamon- golden grahams disappeared and then i decided to try curiously cinnamon- oh my god i never looked back- then they disappeared and then many months later Waitrose stocked them again and i grabbed a box there and then. I'm hoping they still have them when i go back home for Easter.

~ political figure ~ The fictional Prime Ministers in films- fav has to be from Monsters vs Aliens cause he does the Axel F theme tune as a sign of Peaceful Communication. One of my fav tunes!!!

~ magazine/periodical ~ dont have one- but im contemplating to subscribe to an dog magazine so i can study during my free time next year about them ready for me to become a dog carer when i graduate (and do scripts in my spare time!)

~ toy from childhood ~ Peanut my royal blue elephant. Who apparently on researching is one of 2000 which was accidently coloured darker than the original (there are 3 colours- royal blue, baby blue- which i want and grey.) I was given it xmas when i was 12 and he was so soft and smooth and lovely i sleep with him all the time and is my prize possesion. Apparently one was auctioned for $3000!!! But the tag fell off ages ago and he is very old and a bit tatty now. And I would NEVER EVER IN MY LONG LEGGED LIFE sell him. He is worth so much more than that!

~ tattoo that you have ~ I dont have one but i want one on the side of my stomache when ive toned up- hopefully by the end of summer!!! I want 3 butterfiles- one royal blue, one turquoise and one pinky purple- all different sizes with little wisps. Hopefully design it myself!

~ pie ~ Chicken pie- when my moter had a throat op ages and ages ago i stayed at my Aunt Julies and she made (i think she told me she hadnt years later) an awesome chicken pie to which i had seconds!!! yummy yummy!

~ old article of clothing ~ I had once a lush pair of silky snoopy PJs. I had two because the first one got ruined and so did the second- i still have the silky bag it came in though- both i think... otherwise i love hoodies- cute and comfy!!!

~ day of the year ~ like special day? Fridays- Grampy and Iris's for tea- either pizza or awesome sunday roast or cottage pie- so many memories there ill never forget. Plus it signified the start of the weekend!!! I hated school back then...bad times.

~ genre of music ~ I'm a fat lover of retro, old skool, 90's music- trust me Lava Nightclub is my fav place~ i love it so much!!! I also dont have a tendency o love a particular kind of genre or band or whatever- im more into songs- i love a lot of different music- depends on my mood. but its not that important in my life- some say music is their life- films and certain tv shows are mine!

~ sports hero ~ never really got into sports- i guess David Beckham cause he was awesome back in the day!!! bring him back for the next world cup!!!!

~ flower ~ I never really thought about it. I like the flower Azalea- nice name- long as they are bright im happy eithr way. Though i do like lilies- i know they are the sign of death- but they come in so many colours its fascinating.

~ mixed drink ~ rum and coke- expensive but im gone within about 3 pints or half pints. so it last ages and ages ages!!! not the coke but thats fine can drink that normally or get a small bottle- all good!

~ movie musical ~ has to be singing in the rain- cause i watched it before I came to Uni and ive never seen a musical quite like it- i was smiling all the way through cause they arent made like that anymore.

~ vegetable ~Beetroot count- thas a veg or is that a salad? eh fine- potatoe roasted...thats a veg right? count as one as 5 a day? ive had 5 today actually- not 5 potatoes- peas, carrots, potatoes (3), pineapple and mangarines....yummy!!!

~ screen kiss ~ film kiss? er....i dunno i dont really remember the kisses....ill say Rose and Jack from Titanic- not realistic i know- but sweet and cute at the same time (plus i had a dream similar to it- twas nice)

~ tribe ~ Not really a tribe more of a cult- cant remember what they are called or were rather... told by my sociology teacher ages ago- they didnt believe in sex so they died out- i laughed.

~ place to buy clothes ~ New Look- student discount, good quality and cheap- specially the cute animated t-shirts which i get obsessed about.

~ religion/belief system ~ oh Q answered for that in tribe section. LOL

~ curse word or phrase to say ~ oh bugger fuck shit. or oh S-ugar H-oney and I-ced-T-ea. or just Bugger bugger bugger!

~ unnecessary gadget of yours ~ My doctor who sonic screwdriver- i hate it now- something was wrong with the battery area when i first got it and it went off alllllll frigging night- leaving me with no sleep- as you can tell i love my sleep!

~ musical 'genius' ~ Murray Gold- beautiful stuff!

~ schoolyard game from childhood ~ BULLDOGS!!!! awesome game- it got banned by the teachers who deemed it too dangerous despite us being in year 6- so we changed the name to Cabbage- and the teachers/dinners ladies did question us once and we told them it was a different game and they believed us!!! hahhaha!!! fools....

~ bar ~ LAVA!!!!! 90' and retro music= me in my element!!!!

~ 'battle scene' from a movie ~ Obi-Wan Kenobi vs Anakin Skywalker in Return of the Sith. Because Mcgregor and Christensen had to actually learn all the moves themselves for the screen- omg such awesomeness- i am a geek- i have a huge star wars poster in my room with every character!!!! well major/well known ones anyways.

~ music to get your groove on ~ not so much to get groove on more like cheer my up peppy musci- from move along by all american rejects to jump for my love by pointer sisters.

~ drug (illegal) ~ never touched them in my life and i am sticking to it- i have high morals.

~ thing about your family ~ they are all childish....great fun!!!! great laughs! great times!!!

~ way to travel ~ car- i love random road trips or car trips- i dont drive myself so i get to watch the world go by- i also love walking randomly too- different perspective on the world!

~ cause ~ dunno...cancer cause it runs in my family and has destroyed marriages and loves and families and everything... it took away the best Grandad in the whole world.

~ candy bar ~ skittles!!! My best friend made me a chocolate cake with pink icing shaped as patrick star and shit loads of skittles.........best cake EVER!!!

~ sex position ~ ummmmmmmm ill let you know when i get there. :)

~ thing about your work ~ that it will be turned into something visual- how awesome is that?

~ restaurant you frequent regularly ~ Brewsters....cheap and yummy......actually i love all restaurants!!! cept Frankie and Bennies cause they messed up a bit with my sisters 18th- yea not good- they paid my mother some money but not enough to cover all the things- plus it was little things that made the final touches- ballons, sequences- not good!

~ local park ~ i dont have a local park- gonna visited Meyrick park and see what thats like this weekend- will update!

~ cafe ~ Waitrose cause when i worked there instead of 3 rashers of bacon i got 10!!!!! good times :D

~ subject/class from high school ~ it was art- but not anymore... probs R.E even though i only got a C ( i didnt revise) but it was really interesting!

~ horror movie ~ Scream trilogy- kind of a parody of horror movies- conventions are played out to audiences and the audience are left wondering whether they will follow conventions- Randy was awesome too! Hopefully Scream 4 will be good!

~ photo of yourself (describe) ~ Me dressed as Einstein for Fancy Dress script-social- cause no one recognised me!!!! hee hee
