Weekend and the Exorcist.

Hiya Everybody!!

Well my weekend started off quite nicely; apart from staying up for 27 hours, I got some good feedback for my 30 minute script idea, went to Poole with Jess and everything was so pretty and xmassy! I also brought some new clothes! A really long top/dress thing with a reindeer on the front- lol this means that I can only wear it Christmas!!! Also some size 3, thats right size 3 furry boots from primarks!!! Which I love and im gonna wear the outfit on monday cause i want cause i want to! (sorry for that reference but it had to be said!) Then went back and had quite a nice Chinese; the sauce was a bit plain but overall filled me up; Jess didnt really like her noodles more of a curry kind of gal. Then it started to snow- I felt so priviledged to be one of the first to see it! Though it didnt last long but I'm kind of hoping it will hold out so I can get hom in time for christmas you see! then had a go on mario kart for the wii and im not too bad on it- easier on the DS...much easier! then i went home and fell asleep very quickly till the frigging fire alarm went off!! grr but i slept soundly until 12ish and gave spent most of my day in bed! yea!!! productive!

Anyways moving along to the Exorcist; I cold not find any information on it in the library but managed to find a screenplay and a book on it; which is quite beneficial as I am doing Consumption; the book was released in 1971 written by William Peter Blatty and then later turned into a film in 1973; so obviously fans and readers will have a different view on it and consume it differently to those who have not read the book.

Found the movie on BoB but unfortunately the sound is lagging with the screen so I have had to find it elsewhere (I am not paying £15 for the dvd!) And i have to say so far its not really scaring me; took ages for something to happen and when it finally does I found it odd; like how Regan ended up in hospital from one night of 'i cant sleep the bed is shaking'- huh? anyways i found it on megavideos which is a bit sucky as i can only watch 54- 72 minutes at a time so now i am patiently waiting for it.
